Looking good and feeling good are two of the most important parts of life. Being in great shape, having a body you are proud of and that others respect and admire is something that not only makes you happy - it gives you purpose and direction in society.
But looking good and feeling good can only be done with a carefully planned health and beauty checklist. What's a health and beauty checklist? It's just that - the plan of action you have to get healthy and beautiful!
Now, there are many components to health and even more components to being beautiful. Indeed these two categories are very subjective. But here are some universally acceptable things you can include on your path to transformation.
Creating Your Health and Beauty Checklist
1.) For health, you need to eat plenty of fiber, fruits and veggies, no soda, booze, cigarettes or other irritants. Basically follow everything you've been told about diet and exercise, just be consistent.
2.) Find a hair stylist that works with your look and not someone else's. Being beautiful is not about finding that perfect template - it's really about just being the best "you" that you can be. That's why finding a hair stylist that works with your potential look and cultivates it is very important. Be unique, don't be someone else.
